Earrings and Personalized items may not be returnable or refunded back.  If you’re just unhappy with your item, and it’s a custom made or personalised piece then the piece is yours to keep. I regret that I cannot issue a refund.

All other non – personalised items that are not faulty can be exchanged for store credit only. It must be returned regardless of the condition.

All faulty items will be replaced, repaired or refunded as deemed appropriate on each individual situation. I will follow all NZ laws in regards to this. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
